French Language Trainer

Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated French Language Trainer to join our team. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality French lessons, guiding students through exam preparation, and helping them gain cultural and linguistic competence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging online French classes across different proficiency levels (Beginner to Advanced).
• Prepare learners for international certifications (TEF, TCF, DELF, DALF) with exam-focused strategies.
• Develop lesson plans, practice exercises, and study materials tailored to student needs.
• Host interactive sessions on French culture, history, and communication.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and exam requirements.
• Maintain an encouraging and supportive learning environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in French Language, Literature, Linguistics, or related field.
• Proven teaching experience in French (online or classroom).
• Certification in French proficiency (DELF B2/C1 or equivalent) preferred.
• Strong command of both French and English (for bilingual teaching).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with online teaching tools (Zoom, Google Meet, LMS, etc.).

Nice to Have:

• Experience training students specifically for TEF/TCF exams.
• Knowledge of French culture, literature, and current affairs.
• Ability to design creative learning activities (quizzes, role-plays, group tasks).
